- We start from what the work is worth to the firm: the typical value of a job in that trade, from published prices, and first-year fees for recurring work.
- We multiply it by the share of exclusive enquiries that usually turn into work, and by the share of a job's value firms normally spend winning one.
- We check the result against what Google Ads charges for one enquiry in that trade and against what other lead sites charge.
- The price sits below what the lead is worth, so a firm that wins its usual share of work keeps most of the margin.
